The Residence Caretaker ensures adequate on-site operational coverage, tenant support, and facilities oversight. A dedicated caretaker is required to support day-to-day execution and maintain building performance.

Potential on-site accommodation (negotiable as part of package).

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in building caretaking, facilities, or property operations
• Experience in residential or student accommodation environments preferred
• Exposure to maintenance coordination, tenant interaction, and service provider oversight
• Basic exposure to rent collection support and tenant follow-ups
