Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fairfax, VA, for a Residential Construction Project Manager. The role involves managing all aspects of residential construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing their execution from start to finish. Daily responsibilities include developing project budgets, ensuring timelines are met, managing subcontractors and project teams, ordering materials, and providing consistent project updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams and ensure that all projects adhere to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience & proficiency in construction management and project coordination
• Strong capabilities in budgeting and resource management
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Effective leadership and communication skills for team and subcontractor coordination
• Three years or more prior experience in residential construction is required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
