Residential Project Manager - Renovation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential remodeling projects from inception to completion, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, crews, and ensure proper scheduling of inspections and material deliveries.
• Oversee project budgets, manage change orders, and maintain timely project delivery.
• Provide clear, proactive, and professional communication with homeowners throughout the project.
• Ensure quality control and manage final punch list items to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Utilize project management software to monitor schedules and costs (training will be provided if needed).

Required Skills & Attributes

• 35+ years of hands-on experience in residential project management, specifically in North Jersey or neighboring regions.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and on-site problem-solving.
• Proven capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in direct interactions with homeowners and subcontractors is essential.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRMs, Service Fusion, or related project management tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements
