Ascend Group is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven In-House Residential Real Estate Agent Recruiter to help grow our residential real estate brokerage. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting licensed residential real estate agents who align with our company culture, training platform, support systems, lead opportunities, and long-term growth vision.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, persistent, and comfortable making daily outreach calls, building relationships with agents, managing a recruiting pipeline, and helping guide candidates through the interview and onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and recruit licensed residential real estate agents
- Make daily calls, emails, texts, and social outreach to prospective agents
- Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline
- Schedule interviews and meetings with qualified candidates
- Clearly communicate Ascend Group’s value proposition, tools, support, culture, and growth opportunities
- Track recruiting activity and follow-up in the CRM
- Assist with onboarding coordination for newly recruited agents
- Attend networking events, brokerage events, and industry functions as needed
Qualifications
- Real estate recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with consistent follow-up habits
- Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
- Knowledge of residential real estate is a plus
- Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented
Compensation
Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives.
Schedule
Full-time, in-office position.
Pay
$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
