About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Resourcer to join the contract arm of Venatrix Technology — one of three specialist brands within the newly formed Venatrix Group.

You’ll work directly alongside our contract team, supporting a fast-growing book of business that currently has 45 active contractors placed and 7 live roles to fill. The pipeline is growing faster than the team can handle — that’s where you come in.

This is a pure resourcing role to start: sourcing, screening, and qualifying contract candidates predominately across Infrastructure Network/Cyber Security. For the right person, there’s a clear path to a full 360 desk.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing contract technology candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM
  • Conducting initial screening calls and video interviews to qualify candidates
  • Managing active candidate pipelines across multiple live roles simultaneously
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and supporting contract book administration
  • Collaborating closely with the UK-based team on live briefs and client requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior UK market recruitment experience is essential — you must understand UK hiring norms, salary expectations, and client communication standards
  • Experience in contract or technology recruitment is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English — you’ll be client-facing from day one
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently across time zones
  • Strong communication skills — scenario-based assessment will form part of our interview process
