Role

Within the Fuel & Fluid Systems Division of Safran Aerosystems, Plaisir site, reporting to the Technical Directorate, you will be integrated into the Projects Pole. The Project Directorate is responsible for the QCD performance of product development projects and the proper implementation of project management standards. It is involved in the phases of responding to calls for tenders, development, and management of in-service activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product or service development project (or project portfolio), by delegation from a program manager.
• Responsible for Quality (Product, Process), Costs (RC, NRC, DMC) and Deadlines (OTD, OTT) on these Projects
• Represent the technical function within the program team, with the client and our partners.
• Define the high-level strategy for structuring technical projects according to their nature (WBS, OBS, development logic, EaTs, reporting, tracking of schedules and critical paths, configuration management, lot performance, lot sheets) and ensure its implementation.
• Supervise the management of risks and opportunities within the scope of the projects.
• Ensure the optimization of deadlines, costs, and technical choices for products and processes to achieve the best technical compromise and maturity.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations (particularly Certification/Airworthiness)
• As a transverse manager, ensure that project team members have the necessary skills
• Coordinate a team of Work Package Managers (Project Team)
• Ensure the smooth running of the APQP methodology
• Report project progress, blocking points, and main risks to management

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Experience in project management and product design, ideally in the aeronautics sector, of more than 5 years
