As part of our development, we are looking for a Project Manager for Engineering H/F within the ICS (Integrated Communication & Supervision) business line.

What will be your role?

Within the ICS (Integrated Communication & Supervision System) activity in the railway sector, you will join the engineering department to work on our projects and offers as a Solution Engineering Manager (SEM).

• You are responsible for defining and structuring the project into work packages (WBS/OBS) and planning the solution, which you will optimize with the package managers and the IVVQA manager.
• You identify the required skills, assign operational responsibilities, and coordinate project activities.
• You define indicators and structure engineering activity reporting to the client, management, and teams, and you deliver the Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
• You manage client-requested changes and control associated budgets and deadlines.
• You manage the risks and opportunities of all engineering activities.
• You are responsible for client deliveries, integrating dimensions specific to the railway sector: functional safety and cybersecurity.

Who are you?

• With an engineering degree or equivalent, you have proven experience in systems engineering/integration and ideally in software development, with at least 5 years in a role involving responsibility for a hardware or software subsystem.
• You speak fluent English.
• Experience in the railway sector is essential.

You are comfortable with the following technical topics:

• Engineering processes: requirements management and Integration & Validation activities, software development management and project/product links, risk and opportunity management.
• Technical and architecture: solution/system level and subsystem integration, networks/protocols/communications, databases.
• Planning: MS Project / Primavera, estimation, progress tracking, KPIs.
• Transport domain, all or part of: Signaling and Supervision (ATS, SCADA), telecommunication (Backbone, WAN, LAN, WIFI, TETRA), Passenger information (on-board and ground) (PIS, PAS, PES), Security (CCTV, VCA, Access Control, Fire Detection).
