About the role
Responsibilities
Management and organization
- Supervise operational teams (logistics, quality, customer service, commercial back-office).
- Define objectives, prioritize actions, and ensure cohesion between different poles.
- Participate in the operational organization of trade shows.
Process, operations, and ERP
- Oversee the complete order management workflow.
- Lead or contribute to the implementation and optimization of the ERP and internal systems.
- Improve internal workflows to streamline collaboration between teams.
- Take charge of the process evolution policy and ensure its application.
- Perform month-end and year-end closings in coordination with the finance department.
Product and collection development
- Lead the implementation of collections (entries, exits, new products), in line with the brand's DNA.
- Monitor product development, including packaging, compliance, and validations.
- Ensure pricing policy and coordinate its application.
Customer Service and Sales Support
- Supervise Customer Service and establish standards aligned with the luxury market.
- Support Sales teams and distributors through tools, reporting, and analysis.
- Develop or optimize the B2B platform and user experience.
Analysis, reporting, and performance
- Design decision-support tools and automated reporting (Excel, BI, dashboards).
- Analyze the performance of collections, markets, and deliveries.
- Maintain key indicators, ensure regular reporting, and propose improvements.
- Assist in defining strategic directions through qualitative and quantitative analyses.
Stock, quality, and supply chain
- Manage all stock movements and supervise inventories.
- Manage stock alerts, supervise necessary purchases for shipments.
- Monitor and enforce quality and after-sales service procedures.
- Coordinate partners involved in the operational chain.
- Manage pricing grids and validate their viability.
