Responsibilities

As Head of VOC France Production, you will be responsible for:

Operational and Managerial Management

• Lead the team of vulnerability analysts, ensure resource management, the quality of their work, and service execution.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and skill development of team members.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the daily activities of VOC France (support for analyses, research, scans and threat identification, assistance with vulnerability prioritization and false positive management, supervision of vulnerability assessment tool configuration and maintenance).

Client Relations and Escalation Management

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships, especially during critical incidents or specific requests.
• Develop and improve operational and technical governance with clients, representing the Exposure Management department when needed.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations and ensure clear and effective communication.
• Ensure the quality of reporting during follow-up committees, present critical elements during operational committees, and represent VOC France during executive committees.
• Understand clients' business challenges and provide strategic advice on vulnerabilities and remediation.

Strategy and Development

• Contribute to the evolution of VOC services towards the implementation of a global vulnerability management cockpit capable of integrating other Exposure Management sources.
• Oversee the development of new offerings and the integration of new technologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in liaison with international VOC teams.
• Participate in defining and implementing global vulnerability management and exposure monitoring strategies in conjunction with the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with exposure management teams on the operational implementation of a new managed services model, in liaison with other VOC service centers.
• Contribute, when necessary, to tenders and presentations to promote the service.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience (7+ years) in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or CERT/SOC.
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) and aggregation platforms (e.g., Hackuity, Nucleus, Tenable, Brinqa, ...).
• Good understanding of IT security standards and regulations.

Managerial and Relational Skills

• Leadership, ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage escalation situations.
• Customer service orientation, empathy, and ability to advise diverse clients.

English proficiency is essential for this role as you will be working in an international environment and reporting to an English-speaking management.
