About the role

As Head of Process Excellence HSE within our HSE team at the Vitry-sur-Seine production site, you will play a key role in developing HSE performance. You will lead the Sanofi HSE management system, work with teams to reduce gaps to standards, and continuously improve HSE performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Sanofi HSE management system within the HSE team and at the site level to drive and improve performance, define and ensure HSE performance reporting.
• Lead the site's HSE management system and associated documentation to ensure full compliance with Sanofi Group's requirements, processes, and digital models (Digital Core Model).
• Evaluate the maturity level of HSE processes and define the necessary improvement plans to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee the site's deviation management, investigation, and action plan process, as well as the administration of HSE knowledge bases or tools.
• Lead the local network of HSE champions.
• Coordinate the HSE project roadmap and provide HSE support for site projects (risk assessment, impact studies).
• Lead the HSE training and skills development plan, and support HSE culture transformation and improvement plans.
• Lead and coordinate the local network of HSE process owners and ensure interface with Communities of Practice managed at the global level.

About you

• Experience: Significant experience in an HSE role in an industrial/production center environment, with expertise in implementing, leading, and auditing HSE management systems (ISO or other frameworks).
• Technical and interpersonal skills: Advanced mastery of HSE management systems, regulations, and audits; strong ability to structure processes, coach, lead, and engage to support transformation; mastery of matrix management, problem-solving, project management, and change management.
• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent with a general HSE focus.
• Languages: Mastery of general and technical English: reading, writing, speaking.
