Role Description
To provide Industrial Engineering Industrial Project Managers with the most efficient business resources to achieve customer objectives. Develop optimal business standards and manage skill development for today's and tomorrow's business. Support industrializations, new investments, Production, and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Assume the role of hierarchical manager
- Provide Industrial Engineering project leaders with the necessary resources to achieve the expected customer result and decide on make-or-buy
- Identify business needs relative to existing and future situations
- Conduct internal or external group benchmarks
- Develop the skills of business resources through relevant HR planning support
- Continuously improve business standards and tools for maximum efficiency
- Develop and ensure business consistency (tools, standards, reporting) within the Mechanical COI
- Lead resources to provide all necessary support to Production and Supply Chain, particularly problem-solving assistance via QRQC
- Contribute to Production productivity plans (improvement)
- Ensure relevant reporting
- Participate in the improvement of processes in which it is involved

- Ensure HSE rules and their application within their sectors, by demonstrating exemplary behavior
