Role Overview
Team Name & Location: Product Marketing – Global (Paris HQ + international collaboration).
Team Composition: The PMM Director will lead the Product Marketing function (3 PMMs for now) and collaborate closely with:
- Marketing (Brand, Content, Demand Gen)
As PMM Director, you will define and drive the global Product Marketing strategy, ensuring our products are clearly positioned, differentiated, and successfully adopted across markets—while acting as the strategic bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Tech Stack & Tools: Salesforce, Mixpanel, Gong, Canva, Figma, LinkedIn, Monday/Asana, Pardot, Google Wordpress, Analytics/Matomo
Additional Information: This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role with international exposure. As PMM Director, you will own and elevate the Product Marketing function to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global Product Marketing strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Strengthen our competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving experimentation and personalization market by partnering with Global Marketing to align positioning, go-to-market narratives, and demand generation strategy.
- Structure and scale internal processes to ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
- Leverage data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, retention).
- Lead and develop the Product Marketing team (including mentoring junior PMMs).
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies in international environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
- Leadership experience managing and growing PMM teams, with the ability to balance strategic direction and hands-on execution in a lean environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (French is a plus).
