Your daily life

Located 20 minutes from the Paris-Saclay Technology Hub, the site is one of the largest centers of excellence for surface radars. We contribute to developing, designing, integrating, and testing air surveillance radars for target detection and identification.

At the Limours site, Thales Surface Radar is launching a new UHF radar product line. The Multifunction UHF Radar (UMR) Sector is in charge of this new product line.

The UMR sector is looking for a PMO Team Lead (H/F) based in Limours (site 40 min from Paris, 20 min from Massy and accessible via our free shuttle service from Massy, Pont de Sèvres, Vélizy, Versailles, Arpajon, Saint Quentin en Yvelines).

By joining our UMR sector management team, you will participate in the steering activities of the sector itself and also of the sector's projects.

Responsibilities

• PMO functional referent for the sector
• Monitoring/Steering of UMR sector activities (budgets, expenses, investments…)
• Steering of the sector's workload and representing the sector in associated management meetings
• PMO for one or more sector projects in addition to the role of sector PMO lead.

Your profile

• Graduate of a BAC+5 (Master's degree)
• At least 10 years of confirmed experience in PMO
• Proficiency in PRIMAVERA, SAP, Microsoft Project tools
• Autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable in complex project launch situations where you are proactive.
