Position

Responsable produits (H/F) – reporting to the Directeur Développement.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and technical information.
• Oversee the documentary database (creation, update, distribution) and the article database in the ERP system.
• Provide technical assistance and training to clients and internal collaborators; manage after‑sales service for product‑related technical issues.
• Analyze needs and create forecasts for strategic products; support the logistics department as needed.

Requirements

• Curious and dynamic, comfortable with IT tools.
• Proficiency in German and/or English is an additional asset.
