Job Description

Within the Connectors business unit and reporting directly to the Director of Strategy Execution, you will lead and coordinate projects for the entire Division and ensure the hierarchical and functional management of a team of project experts.

In this context, your missions are as follows:

  • Supervise and coordinate the project portfolio of the Fluid Connectors division, including priority management, resource allocation, and project progress monitoring.
  • Develop, structure, deploy, and continuously improve project management methodologies, including gate review processes and workload management.
  • Organize and provide continuous support to project managers, including dedicated training sessions, project management tools, and adapted individual coaching if necessary.
  • Coordinate change management initiatives within the division to ensure proper integration and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Implement project progress monitoring routines and ensure regular communication with stakeholders to guarantee transparency and alignment.
  • Manage and develop the division's project support team (Project Management Office), including its direct team as well as project managers/project referents in the Group's units.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

Mobility: occasional travel in France and abroad.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in project management, business, engineering, or a related field. A different degree level with significant experience is accepted.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role in an industrial environment, complemented by managerial experience.
  • Specific Knowledge:
    • Project management tools and methodologies; certification (e.g., PMP / Prince2) is a plus.
    • Change management and associated methodologies.
    • Computer tools (Office 365, business software).
    • Hierarchical and transversal management.
    • Multi-disciplinary knowledge in an industrial environment.
    • Strategic project management.
  • Foreign Language: Fluent English.
  • Qualities: Proactivity, influencing skills, interpersonal skills.
