Profile Sought

The high technicality of our services dedicated to data centers (critical industrial buildings) requires an engineering degree with a specialization in electricity, HVAC, building, or thermal engineering…

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience on complex and multi-technical projects, close to industrial environments.

You will be involved in varied missions, so you are naturally curious, enjoy technical challenges, and providing key analyses.

A high level of work rigor is necessary to meet client expectations.

Interpersonal and writing skills are also essential in your daily work.

You work in an often international environment; you know how to use English in a professional context.

Responsibilities

As a strategic partner for companies that build and operate data centers (technical and critical buildings that secure the IT infrastructure of all organizations), our engineers carry out consulting, auditing, studies, Project Management, or Owner’s Representative Assistance, and project monitoring missions for our clients.

On the projects we support, you bring your expertise and methodological approach with a transverse vision (multi-technical, financial, project management…) but you also learn every day in all areas of this exciting sector.

Autonomous in managing your projects while benefiting from support according to your needs, you are responsible for the smooth running of the operations under your charge and the delivery of various deliverables (reports, summaries, minutes, study documents…) and client reporting.

You work alone or in a team depending on the operations. The projects you handle range from a few hundred thousand to tens of millions of euros.

In this context, we are looking for a data center project director, to support our clients on consulting or Owner’s Representative Assistance missions, coordinate TCE technical operations, studies and works, and manage internal and external project teams.

• Analysis, understanding, and formalization of client needs
• Review of technical documentation – all trades
• Participation / Facilitation of coordination / design / technical coordination meetings
• Assist and propose technical design solutions and their implementation
• Participate in and improve reporting
• Assist the client throughout the project
