About the role
Your role will be as follow :
- Ensure hand-over with ITO phase inputs (Budget “as-sold”, Cost hypothesis & potential optimizations)
- Participate actively as COE/Supply chain representative in the Project R&O session
- Perform working sessions for aligning all functions on project in taking into account supply strategic action plan.
- Interact with Material Planner in order to guarantee that the fabrication order, purchasing requisition creation, PO Placement, shipment and day to day activities to respect the project planning and all milestones/targets of the project
- Analyze slippages issues for is related scope, consolidate information for project review and ensure the consistency of the root cause of margin movement.
- Interact with planning to regularly update key dates and ensure that actions are deployed to secure OTD and cash management.
- Monitor Project Budget for the total cost of is related scope (Manufacturing, Direct material, transport, warehouse/storage)
- Ensure best compliance
- Timely update and review the risk and opportunity of the Project evaluate and decide on action that benefits overall performance of the project
- Assume full responsibility for the delivery of the allocated project scope
- Report on time deviation from “as sold” scheme and suggestion for improvement
- Ensure all non-conformities and cost overrun reporting
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, project management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management within a supply chain environment (manufacturing, procurement, supply, finance).
- Experience working in a matrixed and international organization.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

- In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, transportation, and logistics processes.
- Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Skills in risk and opportunity (R&O) analysis.
- Ease in interacting with planning, engineering, and operational excellence teams in an intercultural environment.
- Ability to monitor costs, margins, and project performance indicators.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
