Your Daily Life
On a state-of-the-art Bordeaux Campus, between the ocean and vineyards, we design and develop systems, equipment, and services to ensure the success of our clients' airborne missions.
Your Role: Project Manager/System Engineering Manager (F/M)
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and integration of Test Systems for our internal and external clients: product departments, production, or support teams.
- Managing projects: organization, planning, budget management, reporting, and functional management of allocated resources. You will also manage subcontracting lots for test equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's quality framework for the development of Test Systems under your responsibility.
- Depending on the projects, developing test equipment such as automatic manufacturing, acceptance, and burn-in benches.
- Collaborating with other teams (Products, Production Lines, Maintenance Service) and interacting with Thales clients.
- Being a driving force for innovation and proposing improvements for encountered problems.
Your Profile:
- You have a Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent) and experience in:
- Project and/or subcontracting management
- Knowledge of test systems, analog/embedded computer electronics
- Multi-disciplinary cooperation in an international context (English)
- Do you possess autonomy, listening and communication skills, analytical thinking, leadership, and an innovative spirit?
