Your Daily Life

On a state-of-the-art Bordeaux Campus, between the ocean and vineyards, we design and develop systems, equipment, and services to ensure the success of our clients' airborne missions.

Your Role: Project Manager / System Engineering Manager (F/H)

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and integration of Test Systems for our internal and external clients: product departments, production, or support teams.
  • Managing projects: organization, planning, budget management, reporting, and functional management of allocated resources. You will also manage subcontracting of test equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's quality framework for the development of the Test Systems under your charge.
  • Depending on the projects, developing test equipment such as automatic manufacturing, acceptance, and burn-in benches.
  • Collaborating with other teams (Products, Production Lines, Maintenance Service) and interacting with Thales clients.
  • Being a driving force for innovation and proposing improvements for encountered problems.

Your Profile

  • You hold a Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent).
  • You have experience in project and/or subcontracting management.
  • You have knowledge of test systems, analog electronics/embedded computing.
  • You have experience in multi-disciplinary cooperation in an international context (English).
  • Are you recognized for your autonomy, listening and communication skills, analytical thinking, leadership, and innovative spirit?
