About

You play a central role at multiple levels in a cloud environment, guiding a technical team and ensuring effective DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Level 3 support for incidents related to the infrastructure of applications hosted on Azure and GCP.
• Track the incident and request backlog via ServiceNow.
• Qualify requests before submission to cloud service providers.
• Technically follow up with cloud service providers (N3) for incidents and changes.
• Write and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Automate system administration tasks.
• Perform qualification and follow-up of security remediations (CVE, Cloud, etc.) in conjunction with service providers.
• Make requests for network flow openings to the network partner.
• Handle urgent requests (VM installation, isolated disaster recovery testing, etc.).
• Manage three people and lead external teams in platform incident monitoring.

Essential Skills

• 10 years or more of experience in system and infrastructure administration.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell.
