Your Missions

Within the Intertropical Africa team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for the Poultry species in the Intertropical Africa region.

Your Main Missions

  • Develop and execute the Business Plan and annual budget.
  • Define the 3-5 year vision for the Poultry Business with the Ceva-Laprovet Director.
  • Provide technical and marketing support to local teams in coordination with Country Operational Managers.
  • Ensure technical support to operational teams.
  • Analyze market data and generate insights to guide strategy.
  • Identify and develop new growth drivers: countries, clients, products.
  • Contribute to the financial management of the Poultry species (P&L, margins, sales forecasts, OPEX).
  • Manage communication with Corporate teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with regulatory affairs, supply, and operational teams.

Your Profile

  • Veterinary degree (or Agri/Agro Engineering degree).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in avian health and production.
  • Previous training and/or experience in market analysis and marketing.
  • Ideally, knowledge of the African market (trends, competition, regulations).
  • Your leadership, customer service orientation, and knowledge of Poultry business development levers, combined with solid technical expertise, will enable you to succeed in this role.
  • Fluent English and French.
  • Team spirit and enjoyment of transversal work, adaptability, ability to impact/convince, listening and customer orientation, curiosity, ability to establish and maintain external professional relationships and develop a strong network, organization, priority management, rigor, and open-mindedness will be assets for delivering optimal impact in this environment.

Location

Position based in Libourne or Tours, requiring frequent travel to Intertropical Africa.
