Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership across all restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Drive sales performance and profitability through strong cost controls, labour management, and operational efficiencies
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, leading service and supporting the team during peak periods
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience, handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and urgency
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and food quality to ensure consistency and minimize waste
- Uphold health, safety, and food safety standards at all times
- Support local store marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in quick service or fast-casual restaurant operations
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, service-driven environment
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing labour, food cost, and P&L performance
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced setting
