Restoration Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to manage projects from initial site inspection through project completion. The ideal candidate understands mold remediation or has strong restoration industry experience combined with a proven ability to guide clients through the decision-making process and secure projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct site visits, assessments, and client consultations
• Develop detailed, accurate scopes and estimates
• Manage projects from sale through completion, including change orders
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mold remediation strongly preferred
• Alternatively: strong restoration industry background + strong sales track record
• Detail-oriented with strong understanding of project scope and pricing
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Self-managed, accountable, and results-oriented
• Drivers license (Required)

Compensation:

• Base salary + commission (including change orders)
• No cap on earning - top performers earn $120K–$200K+
