For our Retail Team in Suurstoffi in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a dynamic and resilient Retail Account Manager.

Retail Account Manager (80-100%, all genders)

Your Tasks:

  • You are responsible for adhering to the established corporate, sales, and pricing strategy.
  • You act as the first point of contact (Single Point Of Contact) for our customers in the retail segment.
  • You ensure optimal and service-oriented customer support by personally accompanying customers and coordinating customer journeys.
  • You systematically maintain the CRM (customer database) and carry out the resulting actions.
  • You control and coordinate expiring contracts and develop optimal solutions to create sustainable customer relationships.
  • You contribute your ideas and suggestions for improvement to the further development and professionalization of the retail segment.

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a business administration further education.
  • You have already gained 2 to 4 years of professional experience, preferably in sales and customer consulting.
  • You are fluent in German and English; Austrian knowledge is an advantage.
  • You place customer needs at the center of all your activities.
  • You enjoy planning and organizing, can set priorities, and can be relied upon 100%.
  • You are accustomed to working independently, flexibly, and precisely.
  • You approach life positively, are motivated, and enjoy teamwork.
