For our Retail Team in Suurstoffi in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a dynamic and resilient Retail Account Manager.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for compliance with the defined corporate, sales, and pricing strategy
- Act as the first point of contact (Single Point of Contact) for our customers in the retail segment
- Ensure optimal and service-oriented customer support by personally accompanying customers and coordinating customer journeys
- Systematically maintain the CRM (customer database) and take the resulting actions
- Control and coordinate expiring contracts and develop optimal solutions to create sustainable customer relationships
- Contribute to the further development and professionalization of the retail segment with your ideas and suggestions for improvement
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and/or business further education
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience, preferably in sales and customer consulting
- Negotiation skills in German and English, French skills are an advantage
- Customer needs are the focus of all your activities
- Enjoy planning and organizing, can set priorities and can be relied upon 100%
- Accustomed to independent, flexible and precise work
- Positive outlook on life, motivated and enjoy teamwork
