Your Role
As a Retail Business Sales Account Executive, you will leverage your sales expertise to provide exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses. Whether you're driving new client engagement or nurturing existing accounts, your goal will be to identify client challenges and deliver customized solutions that enhance their operations and boost our revenue.

Your Profile
We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who excel at delivering solutions to client challenges. If you enjoy connecting with new people and closing deals, your skills will be invaluable to our team. You’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant sales experience.
- Background in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% in your geographic territory.
- A valid driver's license.
Bonus points if you have:
- A degree or related certifications.
- Two or more years in business-to-business or outside sales.
- Experience in technology sales, SaaS, or CRM tools.
- Strong presentation skills in both live and virtual environments.
- An ability to build strong relationships with all levels of client organizations.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with a defined work location that requires a minimum of three days in the office per week, as determined by your manager. Compliance with hybrid work policies is expected.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position based on a full-time schedule is between $39,500.00 - $64,700.00, depending on your location, skills, and experience. This position includes a commission structure with earning potential that reflects your effort.
