Job Details

• Project Managers can live anywhere in the US with around 40% travel to project sites Nationally

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with at least 5 years of commercial construction project management experience, ideally including restaurant, athletic club, corporate, and/or retail projects. Our Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple construction projects, reporting to the VP of Construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance
• Lead communication and coordination among clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal staff
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and resolve onsite issues proactively
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations and contractual requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with fast-track restaurant, athletic club, corporate, or retail sectors (Preferred)
• Travel is required, around 40% depending on projects
