Retail HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Screening applications for all direct stores in Italy and abroad, using all recruitment channels
• Selection and evaluation interviews of personnel
• Supervision of administrative activities of employees, together with the Retail HR Admin team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a recruitment company or in companies in the Fashion/Retail sector
• Ability to work in a team
• Problem-solving, flexibility, stress management, and aptitude for operating in dynamic contexts
