Retail Maintenance Project Manager

About

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance and minor works projects across the European retail network, acting as central contact between Facility Managers, Retail Operations, Architecture and other stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main coordination point for maintenance and minor works projects across Europe.
• Lead project execution from request to completion managing schedules, budgets and performance.
• Ensure sourcing, production and installation of boutique elements comply with brand guidelines and sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate with local Facility Managers to ensure technical compliance and safety standards.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting and operational handover.
• Liaise with Architecture, Design, Procurement, Legal, IT, Sustainability and Retail teams for cross functional coordination.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and local partners to guarantee quality standards.
• Develop and harmonize maintenance policies and monitor maintenance KPIs across markets.
• Support deployment and use of maintenance ticketing system and maintain budgets and contracts with traceability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in retail construction, facility management or project management.
• Proven experience leading projects or coordinating cross functional teams.
• Technical expertise in construction processes, retail fit out, maintenance safety and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel with strong planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Organized, responsive and service oriented with attention to detail.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Europe.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
