Leaf Filter is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to lead teams of retail marketers across multiple stores. We are looking for a dynamic individual with multi-unit retail management experience, expertise in local recruiting, and a proven ability to manage teams of lead-generators. Sales experience is a significant advantage. Expect about 50% local travel and weekend availability is necessary.

Primary Objective
The Retail Marketing Manager will recruit, train, and develop a Retail Marketing Team aimed at enhancing brand awareness and generating sales leads through our retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement robust retail marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads.
- Identify, schedule, and manage a team of Retail Marketers in assigned territories.
- Oversee budgeting and staffing for our retail partners.
- Guide the retail marketing team in generating new sales leads.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of marketing materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with local Operation and Installation Managers to enhance brand visibility.
- Recruit, train, and develop Retail Marketers, while establishing accountability through defined goals and KPIs.
- Develop clear timelines and communication plans for operational efficiency and transparency.
- Monitor and report on retail metrics to measure performance and ROI of retail partnerships.
- Achieve sales lead quotas by surpassing established KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation and management roles within direct-to-consumer industries.
- Strong recruiting and training capabilities.
- Experience with large-scale budgeting and strategic planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong ability to develop others.
- Adept at handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of current retail marketing strategies and best practices.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
- Ability to manage diverse work activities and respond to varying stakeholder needs without losing focus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic, and team-centric environment.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to engage constructively with information.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication to liaise professionally with various stakeholders.

Physical Requirements
- Work environment includes both indoor office settings and exterior manufacturing/construction environments.
- Ability to perform tasks in varying climates.
- Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
