Retail Operations Assistant Project Manager

Summary

Internship role within Retail Performance and Operations supporting international projects to improve retail excellence and store operations. The position works transversally with central Paris teams and international retail teams to implement solutions, monitor projects, provide training, and share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating solutions to improve efficiency in retail operations with cross functional teams.
• Identify and document best practices from stores and share with international retail community.
• Communicate innovations and project updates to markets and stores via newsletters.
• Monitor projects from implementation through training, feedback collection, and iterative improvements.
• Detect and help resolve issues impacting project launch and deployment.
• Conduct training sessions for teams on new processes or tools.
• Assist in identifying new operations initiatives for retail.

Requirements

• Student enrolled in Bac+4/5 in Management Business or Engineering.
• Curious, proactive, strategic and solution oriented with strong teamwork skills.
• Organized, methodical, and rigorous with a positive mindset.
• Ability to seek global optimization beyond initial solutions and work transversally.
• First experience in retail boutique or headquarters preferred or willingness to learn.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel Word and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
