We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team across field, distribution, and corporate hiring. This role plays a critical part in ensuring requisitions are posted accurately, maintained consistently, and compliant with company standards, including pay transparency requirements.

The Recruiting Coordinator will own job posting processes, requisition hygiene, interview coordination, and reporting, while partnering closely with recruiters, field leaders, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

What You’ll Do

This is a Full-Time Hourly Position

Requisition Management & Compliance

  • Post and manage job requisitions across all platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure all postings meet pay transparency and compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular audits of open requisitions to identify and resolve inconsistencies or outdated postings
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain clean, active, and relevant requisition pipelines
  • Support closure of aged or inactive requisitions in alignment with company guidelines

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across field, corporate, and distribution center roles
  • Manage logistics for onsite interviews, including travel coordination, agendas, and day-of support
  • Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Communicate clearly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams on scheduling and next steps

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and maintain Talent Acquisition reports, including applicant flow, time to fill, and requisition aging
  • Track and monitor recruiting activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support reporting needs for leadership presentations and business reviews

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with field leaders, corporate hiring managers, and recruiters to support hiring needs
  • Provide guidance on requisition processes, system usage, and posting standards
  • Assist in training hiring managers on recruiting tools and best practices
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule

  • Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ADP RM experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting high-volume or field-based hiring environments is a plus
