Recruiter - Retail

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing and engaging retail Store Manager level talent in high-volume environments
• Build talent pipelines in identified markets leveraging a strong retail leadership network
• Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interview scheduling to ensure process efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated retail recruiting experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
• Effective organizational skills
