Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing and engaging retail Store Manager level talent in high-volume environments
- Build talent pipelines in identified markets leveraging a strong retail leadership network
- Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interview scheduling to ensure process efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dedicated retail recruiting experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and manage multiple priorities
- Effective organizational skills
