About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements.
- Assist in employer branding activities and job fair coordination (if required).
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR operations and documentation as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Comfortable using MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using ATS tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies and Boolean search.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
