Job Summary
This is an exceptional opportunity to join Hilton Supply Management's Strategy Planning & Insights team in a dynamic role focused on business process optimization and technology support. You will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of revenue management operations, working with spend data quality management, revenue calculations, tracking, auditing, and reporting. This position offers the chance to work with cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply management processes. Your analytical expertise and attention to detail will directly impact the organization's ability to monitor performance, achieve business targets, and support multi-year revenue growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support the Strategy, Planning, and Insights team with analysis, reporting, strategic projects and ongoing processes as needed
- Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and underlying data to efficiently monitor end-to-end revenue management process, including spend data receipt, revenue calculation, supplier invoicing, revenue tracking, and revenue collection
- Analyze revenue performance against business targets and multi-year revenue growth strategies and report on trends
- Support and collaborate on Hilton Supply Management's (HSM) Incentive Management process, including fee calculations, contract term reviews, and revenue collections
- Actively manage and troubleshoot incoming spend reports from contracted suppliers, ensuring external users are reporting in an accurate and timely manner
- Conduct data validations, primarily spend data, ensuring data is complete and accurate, and addressing data gaps

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Procurement, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, or Revenue Management experience
- Procurement or Supply Management experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI and SQL preferred
- Hospitality industry experience at an operational or enterprise level is a plus
