Elevate your analytical expertise as a Revenue Management Analyst in a hybrid setting at Caldic, located in Mississauga. This role focuses on pricing execution and revenue optimization across North America.

As part of the FP&A & Revenue Management team, you will report to the Revenue and Pricing Manager. This position encompasses managing pricing operations, maintaining pricing governance, and delivering insights to support commercial decision-making. You’ll need strong analytical skills and experience in Pricing or FP&A to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Process daily pricing requests for various products
• Maintain accurate pricing data for Canada and USA
• Analyze and resolve pricing issues on sales orders
• Manage Trade Agreements ensuring compliance
• Conduct detailed pricing and margin analysis

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills (D365 preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
