Revenue Cycle Analyst

We are working with the Finance VP of a P/E-backed Healthcare company based in Monmouth County, NJ. Due to recent growth, they are looking to add a dynamic Revenue Cycle Analyst to their organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain revenue cycle performance reports and dashboards
• Analyze trends in key revenue cycle metrics including claim rejections and denial rates and net collection rate and yield performance
• Extract, validate, & structure data from Practice Management and billing system data models
• Support and help lead revenue cycle improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with revenue cycle operations, IT, finance, and external vendors to drive performance improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• Expert knowledge and exposure to Business Intelligence such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience supporting RCM technology or vendor implementations
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle KPIs and operational workflows

COMPENSATION:

$120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
