As a Revenue Cycle Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading revenue cycle integration, technical design, and workflow optimization across various health venues. You will have the opportunity to influence both operational and financial decisions, engaging in high-level discussions with executives and guiding project teams towards success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration efforts for revenue cycle solutions, ensuring seamless workflow and technical design.
- Facilitate discussions focused on clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) improvements across different settings.
- Engage with business operations leadership, including CFOs and CIOs, to define key performance indicators and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Document and present complex workflows, requirements, and system designs effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the project lifecycle from current state reviews to post-go-live assistance, ensuring comprehensive project execution.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 4 years in healthcare information technology consulting or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in system design, workflow documentation, and integration between clinical applications and revenue cycle.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with applications such as BedRock, PFTTools, ProfitBusinessManager, and Cerner tools is a plus.
Expectations
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed, maintaining flexibility to accommodate project needs.
- Commitment to upholding security policies and protecting client assets.
Compensation and Benefits
Expected salary range: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, possibly eligible for bonuses and equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
