Revenue & Yield Specialist – Accommodations

About

We are looking for a Revenue & Yield Specialist to optimise occupancy, pricing, and revenue performance across our hotels, resorts, and lodges in Zanzibar.

In this role, you will analyse booking trends and market data to maximise revenue, improve profitability, and support a strong distribution strategy across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor booking pace, demand, and market trends to forecast occupancy and revenue
• Develop and manage yield strategies, dynamic pricing, and price floors
• Ensure rate parity and inventory distribution across OTAs and direct channels
• Analyse competitors and market developments (including flight movements)
• Review and approve OTA waivers & favours
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, and marketing teams

Requirements

• Experience with PMS and channel managers
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to translate data into pricing and revenue strategies
• Understanding of the Zanzibar tourism market
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
