I am looking for a proactive Reverse Recruiter to manage my personal job search end-to-end. Your goal is to land me interviews roles in Chennai or Remote (India).
What You Will Do
- Sourcing: Identify 5–7 high-quality job openings daily on LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, and Instahyre that match my seniority and salary expectations.
- Tailoring: Customize my resume and write short, punchy cover letters/notes for each application to bypass ATS and catch the eye of hiring managers.
- Networking: Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to HR heads or Founders at the companies you apply to.
- Tracking: Maintain a simple Google Sheet tracking every application, status, and follow-up date.
