Reverse Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reverse Recruiter to support our job search process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant job opportunities, tailoring applications, and managing the end-to-end application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify suitable job opportunities based on provided criteria
• Customize resumes and cover letters for each application
• Submit job applications on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company websites, etc.)
• Track and manage all applications in an organized spreadsheet
• Follow up on submitted applications when required
• Research companies and roles to ensure alignment with goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reverse recruiting or job application support
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Familiarity with job platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
• Excellent written English for resume and cover letter customization
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ATS-friendly resume formatting
• Basic knowledge of different industries and job roles
• Ability to work independently and provide regular updates
