Role Overview

This client-focused role is cantered on delivering high-quality training, consulting, and technical support to ensure successful adoption of BIM and AEC software solutions. The position emphasizes Revit workflows across disciplines, digital project delivery, and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver project-based consulting and customized training programs across AEC disciplines, with a strong focus on Revit (Architecture, Structure)
• Support clients in implementing BIM standards, modelling best practices, and efficient project workflows
• Guide multidisciplinary coordination processes and support model-based collaboration
• Provide post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Develop high-quality documentation, learning materials, and instructional content (including video tutorials and guides)
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical discussions with AEC stakeholders
• Drive continuous learning and maintain strong technical expertise across BIM tools and industry practices
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Technical Trainer, or similar role within the AEC industry
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit across disciplines like Architecture or Structure
• Solid understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and standards (ISO 19650 or similar is a plus)
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or onboarding sessions for end users
• Familiarity with coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks) and collaborative BIM environments is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Autodesk/BIM certifications are a plus
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, with the ability to deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations in both languages.

Salary Range (OTE)

• Target variable: 10%
• Minimum OTE: 75,000 CAD
• Maximum OTE: 110,000 CAD
