We are in a phase of rapid growth with a clear 3-year listing plan. We are building a 0→1 global RF power supply R&D team to drive the import substitution of high-end power supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake full-process R&D and mass production of 13.56MHz semiconductor RF power supplies (1KW–10KW), covering hardware, electrical and software development.
• Conduct product design for high-end equipment scenarios including electron microscopes, ion implanters, mass spectrometers and other precision analytical instruments.
• Establish the R&D system, promote prototype verification, testing and mass production, and ensure product performance and stability.
• Collaborate with the global supply chain and production team to fulfill product delivery and technical support.

Core Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proven mass production experience of RF power supply products in relevant enterprises.
• Familiar with 13.56MHz RF power supply development; experience in semiconductor or high-end scientific instrument power supply is preferred.
• The team shall cover capabilities including RF circuit design, impedance matching, control algorithms, and FPGA/DSP development (individuals may specialize in one field).
• Fluent English for cross-border work communication; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• No restrictions on education, age or nationality; practical R&D and mass production capabilities are the only criteria.
