The Information Systems Department (DSI) comprises over 1300 employees across 12 sites.

The position is within the Business Intelligence and Functional department, specifically in the Business Intelligence and Operational Steering unit. This unit's mission is to provide steering tools for Urssaf entities and the National Urssaf's business departments, offer solutions for fraud detection, optimize business processes, etc.

In a context of profound technological changes and with significant prospects for leveraging Recovery Data, you will actively contribute to the department's challenges, both in terms of business projects and our transformation initiatives.

Your Role

Be the functional manager for applications in specific business areas of the unit (Personal Services, Self-Employed Workers, etc.). You will analyze new requirements from Business Owners/Business Departments or other Technical Owners and assess the impact of their implementation.

Responsibilities

To achieve this, you will be entrusted with the following missions:

  • Contribute to project scoping.
  • Gather needs during workshops with the business and various stakeholders.
  • Develop general functional specifications.
  • Model data, formalize evolution scenarios, and create mockups.
  • Participate in estimations and impact studies of application architecture and solution design.
  • Define and prioritize product functionalities.
  • Participate in the development of the acceptance test plan and the functional acceptance phase if necessary.
  • Document results and diagnose malfunctions.
  • Provide functional and possibly technical support for all downstream project phases.
  • Intervene in level 3 support, preventive, evolutionary, and corrective maintenance.
  • Apply defined standards, methods, and tools.
  • Update the documentary repository and ensure necessary reporting and alerts.

Your Skills

You have 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Functional Manager, or Functional Analyst, ideally within an IT department or as a subcontractor.

You are proficient in:

  • Business intelligence modeling and architecture.
  • Relational databases and SQL.
  • Ticketing tools (Redmine, Jira, etc.).

You know:

  • The Scrum framework.
  • Object data storage technologies and tools S3 (MinIO, Parquet, Apache Iceberg) and structured (PostgreSQL).
  • Spark frameworks.
  • Programming languages (Java, Python).
  • Query tools (Dremio, Trino, Stardust).
  • Data visualization tools (DigDash).

Knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies (data exploration, machine learning, prescriptive and predictive analysis, etc.) would be appreciated.

You are passionate about innovation, technologies, and the development of concrete and stimulating IT projects. You have an easy rapport with others, know how to challenge and convince your interlocutors, are experienced in teamwork, and recognized for your initiative.

Your Education

You hold a higher education degree in IT (BAC+5) with solid experience in data analysis and processing.
