About the role

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Governance Coordinator / Technical Risk Analyst to join the Governance and Control Team. The role involves coordinating activities, analyzing data, and ensuring IT controls remain compliant and effective within an Information Security and Technology Risk Management program. The position focuses on connecting technology, risk, and business teams to ensure smooth governance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and triage security, risk, and compliance reports to ensure alignment with global IT and information risk policies
  • Coordinate remediation efforts with asset owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to track and resolve vulnerabilities based on risk and criticality
  • Manage reporting activities, including generating reports, dashboards, and metrics using security tools
  • Identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues in risk data and communicate insights clearly
  • Support vulnerability remediation through analysis, prioritization, and follow-up
  • Build and enhance dashboards to provide visibility into compliance, risk posture, and remediation progress
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency improvements
  • Monitor IT controls to ensure they are operating as intended
  • Collaborate with global information risk teams to ensure alignment with standards, policies, and frameworks
  • Promote a strong risk and security culture across teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in risk, governance, or related IT roles
  • Experience in large, global organizations; financial services or insurance experience required
  • Strong understanding of Agile Way of Working
  • Experience influencing industry analysts
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and explain data
  • Excellent coordination, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Experience working with technical and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Power Automate, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Experience in creating and maintaining processes, procedures, and documentation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of IT concepts such as software, servers, change management, and testing

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Exposure to risk management, information security, IT governance, or financial services
