What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities What Success Looks Like
End‑to‑end UX design – From design thinking & user research to IA, interaction design, UI, and usability testing. Deliver intuitive, accessible solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
Strategic collaboration – Partner with product owners, developers, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Clearly articulate design rationale; influence decisions with empathy and confidence.
Problem‑solving – Tackle complex challenges and translate them into simple, meaningful experiences. Consistently produce design solutions that are both innovative and pragmatic.
Mentorship & leadership – Coach junior UX designers, provide constructive feedback, and champion design standards. Elevate the overall quality of the design team’s output and foster a learning culture.
Continuous improvement – Stay current with UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices. Introduce new methods, tools, or processes that enhance the team’s effectiveness.

Education & Certifications Experience

• Certified in Design Thinking (e.g., IDEO, LUMA, d.school).
• 3–5 years of senior‑level experience in UX, interaction design, or digital media design.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end UX projects (include link in application).
