Main Purpose of Job:

  • To provide MCSA wide Automation leadership, strategical & tactical direction and build internal capability through the adoption and deployment of technology led transformation initiatives.
  • To drive end-to-end automation initiatives by integrating internal and external expertise, incorporating the latest technologies across the Mediclinic’s upstream and downstream operations.
  • To provide technical leadership for developing new and improved business processes for high-quality Health Care delivery and experience.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • To provide MCSA wide strategic / tactical intelligent automation guidance and leadership
  • Provide technical support, guidance and mentorship to ensure automation solutions align with overall MCSA strategy and yield required efficiencies
  • Implement, monitor and drive MCSA wide automation projects within agreed time and budget constraints (Proven program management)
  • To support and collaborate with the MCSA Data Team, AI Team, Operations Excellence Team and Innovation Team for ongoing hackathons & forums to implement automation projects.
  • Design and implement automation programs aligned with MCSA governance principles and methodologies
  • Manage and lead the cross functional automation team, including third party vendor partnerships and commercial relationships.

Requirements

Education:

  • Essential Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Project Management, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Desired Education:
    • Qualified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PRINCE II certified.
    • Proficiency in project management software & tools (MS Projects, Excel, JIRA etc.)

Experience:

  • Essential Minimum Experience:
    • At least 7 years of experience in a management capacity of which at least 5 years involved leading Automation projects using UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Consulting, Process re-engineering or Process Optimization projects for large MNCs.
    • Experience in driving automation and delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience in managing projects in the healthcare domain, innovation and automation streams
  • Desired Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience developing in UiPath, with prior experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
    • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
    • Experience of implementing ERP / Digital Platforms / Digital apps or web portals or any digital initiatives.
    • Proficiency in project management software & tools (MS Projects, Excel, JIRA etc.)
