About the role
About the Role: Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Roofing Project to serve as a liaison between homeowners, insurance adjusters, and our internal team throughout the roofing and restoration process. This role ensures each project is completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Follow Thomasville’s Project Concierge Playbook 100% • Plan and manage project timelines and milestones • Develop and track budgets across all aspects of roofing projects • Advocate for insurance supplements when needed • Assign project tasks to appropriate teams or subcontractors • Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and subcontractors • Coordinate with insurance adjusters to align on scope, funding, and timeline • Provide weekly updates to the team and adjusters • Adjust project schedules as needed to meet deadlines and profitability targets • Order and manage all materials and equipment • Create and process change orders • Submit and code receipts; maintain accurate job costing • Use conflict resolution skills when challenges arise • Assist with collections (deductibles, milestone payments, signatures)
Qualifications: • Experience managing construction or home improvement projects • Familiarity with job costing and profitability analysis • Product and installation knowledge of shingle and low-slope roofing (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen is a plus) • Roofing inspection and estimating experience • Willingness to learn Thomasville’s sales process and meet quarterly sales goals • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook • Experience with project management software (Next Gear’s Dash or similar) • Empathy, high integrity, and a commitment to outstanding customer service
