What You’ll Do

  • Follow Thomasville’s Project Concierge Playbook 100%
  • Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the roofing process
  • Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Develop, track, and manage budgets across all aspects of roofing projects
  • Advocate for insurance supplements when necessary
  • Assign project tasks to appropriate internal teams and subcontractors
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with homeowners and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters to align on scope, funding, and project timelines
  • Provide weekly project updates to internal teams and insurance stakeholders
  • Adjust project schedules as needed to meet deadlines and profitability targets
  • Order and manage all materials and equipment
  • Create, process, and manage change orders
  • Submit and code receipts while maintaining accurate job costing
  • Apply conflict resolution skills to address project challenges
  • Assist with collections, including deductibles, milestone payments, and required signatures
  • Manage steep‑slope roofing projects from inspection through completion
  • Support roofing sales efforts and meet quarterly sales goals

Who You Are

  • Experienced in managing construction or home improvement projects
  • Able to manage projects throughout Richmond (Northside & Henrico) and Northern Virginia (DC Metro area)
  • Knowledgeable in job costing and profitability analysis
  • Skilled in roofing inspection and estimating
  • Hands‑on experience with steep‑slope roofing systems
  • Product and installation knowledge of shingle roofing required; low‑slope systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen) a plus
  • Experienced in homeowner‑facing roofing consultations or in‑home roofing sales
  • Willing to learn and execute Thomasville’s sales process
  • A strong communicator with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A problem solver with confident decision‑making abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Experienced with project management software such as Next Gear’s Dash (or similar)
  • Empathetic, high‑integrity, and deeply committed to outstanding customer service
