Full-Cycle Recruitment

Capable of handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for U.S. clients.

Talent Pipeline Management

Builds and maintains pipelines of specialized clinical talent to support high-volume hiring needs.

Sourcing Tools

Proficient in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases.

Compliance

Ensures candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards.

Collaboration & Metrics

Works in a metrics-driven RPO environment and collaborates effectively with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams.
